For you
Who is TM for?
You're keeping it together — but inside you're always wound tight?
- You sleep badly, even though you're exhausted.
- You never really switch off — your mind just keeps running.
- Small things throw you off faster than you'd like.
- You're craving real rest, not just distraction.
TM gives you 20 minutes of deep stillness every day — and your nervous system starts to genuinely recover.

Transcendental Meditation allows me to go inward and find a depth of stillness and peace I don't experience anywhere else.
Why TM?
What makes TM unique
Transcendental Meditation is fundamentally different from other techniques.
Effortless — no concentration required
Most meditation techniques demand focus or willpower. TM is different: the mind is allowed to settle completely naturally — without effort. That's why so many people find TM surprisingly easy to learn.
What others are saying
I absolutely love TM! I feel so relaxed and grounded in a way I never thought possible. It's surprising that I can experience such a depth of relaxation beyond sleep. TM is so simple yet so profound that everyone can do it. It is my go to anchor daily.

KrisMy only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Totally life changing. I feel so peaceful and happy.
